HIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days — $8.00

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7-10 depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the destination country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@brokenhalos.com within [X days] of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO addresses.
